All of our cleaners are trained specifically for STR turnover cleanings which includes before and after photos, damage and extra cleaning reports, custom cleaning and sanitization checklists, and hotel style presentation. Cleaners provide inventory reports and a same-day supply delivery will be made (reimbursement cost only). To top it off, we conduct regular quality inspections to ensure the highest cleaning standards. This is the backbone to your STR success!

We create a customized digital guidebook for each short term rental property. Your guest will receive a link to a beautifully designed guidebook that includes check-in and check-out info, house rules, custom instructional videos for sofa beds, thermostats, etc., and recommendations for eating, shopping, and attractions in the area. Turnkey El Paso will coordinate all of your maintenace and repair services for your short term rental with our local preferred vendors. We ensure property access for our providers, communication with your guests, and payment of invoices less than $250 so you can pay one, convenient monthly invoice.

The majority of our reservations will never have any issues; however, accidents and damages do occur in short term rentals. But the Turnkey El Paso team handles all damage and extra cleaning reports from beginning to end whether it is dealing with a third party coverage such as AirBnB or creating the report for direct booking security deposits. We work hard to make sure that you are made whole.

Quarterly Property Inspections
Once your short term rental is onboarded with Turnkey El Paso, we will coordinate quarterly property inspections to maintain the highest quality of service for your guests and the best maintenance and reporting for your property and business. These inspections include changing air filters, smoke detector testing, light bulb and battery checks, full linen and stock inventory, and much more. Owners receive this report each quarter.
